Crossfire Wānaka – Activity Terms and Conditions
- Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By participating in the Crossfire Wānaka tourism activity (“Activity”), you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not participate in the Activity.
- Booking and Payment:
- Reservations for the Activity can be made online, in person, or through authorised agents.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the Activity.
- All prices are quoted in the local currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled Activity will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled Activity will not be eligible for a refund.
- Crossfire Wānaka reserves the right to cancel or modify the Activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Participant Requirements:
- Participants must be of a minimum age as specified by Crossfire Wanaka to participate in the Activity.
- Participants must meet any health, fitness, or skill requirements as outlined by Crossfire Wanaka.
- Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the activity guides and staff.
- Health and Safety:
- Participation in the Activity involves inherent risks. Participants should be aware of these risks and undertake the Activity at their own discretion.
- Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or injuries should consult their medical professional before participating in the Activity.
- Crossfire Wānaka reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit or incapable of safely completing the Activity.
- Liability:
- Crossfire Wānaka and its staff shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense caused by any negligence, act, or omission on the part of participants or third parties.
- Participants agree to release and hold harmless Crossfire Wanaka, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, actions, demands, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Activity.
- Personal Belongings:
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the Activity.
- Crossfire Wānaka shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Crossfire Wānaka reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are advised to review the terms periodically.
By participating in the Crossfire Wānaka tourism activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
